A really neat and hard-to-find item.
This is a CAR POLISHER and SHOE SHINER.
A cheap, cheesy product made in Hong Kong back in 1968.
It plugs into the cigarette lighter (or today, the Power Outlet).
This item actually does work, as I just tested it.
It comes in a "Genuine Simulated Alligator Grain Case for Compact Storage".
It is an "Ideal Traveling Companion For Every Man". Apparently females could not figure out how to operate this complicated, powerful piece of equipment! (a joke for the uptight buyers).
Includes case, buffer, 4" pad, 2-1/2" pad and bristle brush.
This is really a cool collectible and is not a tool that want for actual use.
Case measures 9" x 5-5/8" x 5-7/8".
I have owned this for many years and had it packed away in the basement, literally for decades.
Great item for any collector,
