Crystal Back for Accutron 218 & 224 Tuning Fork Watch

I have been able to place a clear plastic crystal to fit into the locking ring of the Bulova Accutron 218 and 224 caliber watches.  This will fit the back of the accutron watch if the back inner seating flange of the watch case measures
31.0 mm
at 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock.  The crystal/ring assembly is not guaranteed to be water resistant but I have assured a tight fit after light sanding and polishing to create a flat side edge on the flange of a PHD round domed crystal.  It is pressure fitted together so the crystal and ring may separate during placement if the ring is mis-threaded, too much pressure applied or the gasket doesn't create a positive seat.  However, the crystal and ring can be pressed back in place.  Sorry but I am unable to offer discounts for multiple orders.
This is very cool way to be able to display the insides of the tuning fork movement without having to remove the metal back!  I got this idea from ebay member snl3101, however, I established my own procedures to make these using used (but in good condition) locking rings from my 20-year parts bins of vintage accutron used parts.  Make sure  your existing watch case flange measures as specified before buying as I do not accept returns.  At present, I have six (6) of these to sell.  You are buying just the crystal and stainless steel locking ring and not the watch in the photos.  Thank you for looking and hopefully buying!
