This pin was  released at the Disneyland Resort (DLR) Tower of Terror Pin Event on April 23, 2004.  It features Cruella De Vil, villainess from Disney's 101 Dalmatians, arriving at the Hollywood Tower in her classic red
convertible
.  The wheels on the car spin / rotate.  The pin is rare, retired, sold out, & hard to find.   PinPics #29447.
Approximate Dimensions:  1 1/2" high x 1 7/8" wide
This pin is in excellent, like new condition but not on the original card. Has been stored and never displayed. Comes from a smoke-free home.
