They are riding in a car designed just for their particular movie. All the wheels spin. This one is from One Hundred Dalmatians and featuers Cruella De Vil. She is standing in a black limosine with a chauffer up front. The car is black with red fire painted on the side and has an awning on the back of it for her to sit under should she wish to.
