RARE BUFFALO POTTERY DELDARE WARE 12" TEA TRAY "DANCING YE MINUET", C. 1909

This listing is for a lovely antique Buffalo Pottery "Deldare Ware" tea tray in the "Dancing Ye Minuet" design, c. 1909.
Measures 3/4" high, 12" wide and 9 1/4" long.  Weighs 1.8 pounds.
Wonderful antique art pottery 12" tray with hand enameled decoration "Dancing Ye Minuet", excellent detail and quality, artist signed.
This lovely tray was purchased from the Estate of Mrs. Simmons, once owner of the famous "Grove Park Inn" of Asheville, NC.  Mrs. Simmons occupied the Penthouse suite of the Grove Park Inn until her recent death. The tray at one time was somehow broken and Mrs. Simmons valued it so highly she sent it back to the Buffalo Pottery Co. in Buffalo, NY to be professionally restored.
The repaired platter is now in excellent condition with no noted damage or flaws.  Upon close inspection, the repair can be faintly seen on reverse side when held at perfect angle to reflect light on the area.
